Higher Learning Pathways: Academic Skills (College & Career Readiness)

This career readiness program is designed for youth aged 15-25 in special education. The curriculum provides a structured path toward independent living by integrating academic skills with practical career preparation. Each module is aligned with RTI tiers and PBIS frameworks, offering specific supports for diverse learning needs and behavioral expectations. Participants will progress through vocational assessments, workplace communication, and personal financial management to build the skills necessary for a successful transition to adulthood and the workforce. This program is structured to align with college preparatory frameworks by emphasizing foundational skills, self-advocacy, and future planning.
