Empowerment & Success Pathways: Academic Skills & Behavioral Support

This 9-week program provides targeted academic and behavioral support for secondary and post-secondary students receiving special education services. By integrating Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) alongside Response to Intervention (RTI) methods, the curriculum creates a structured environment for mastering essential reading, writing, and math literacy. Participants focus on developing effective study habits, enhancing reading comprehension, and building math reasoning skills. The course bridges learning gaps and prepares students for academic transitions and independent living through tailored instruction and test-taking strategies.
